Create the shape of the snake using dark green and a brush to the cheek

With a brush, outline the snake's body, add the eye and nose with black. Add a red tongue using a brush

Highlight the snake's eyes using the white and a brush and add dots to the cheek. Add lots of pale green circles to the snake's body using a brush.
