International Delivery - As we approach the busiest time of year, international delivery services experience much higher volumes of parcels and letters. Whilst we do not currently have specific International postal dates, to help ensure your items arrive in time for Christmas, we strongly recommend ordering as early as possible.

Please note that any orders placed after 12:00pm on Monday 22nd December will be dispatched on Monday 5th January 2025. This is due to our distribution centre being closed over the Christmas and New Year period.

Import duties and taxes are payable on all orders delivered outside of the UK
Your purchased goods through this website are being delivered from the UK. Following the UK’s departure from the EU, international orders will be subject to customs and import duties and taxes in the country of destination in compliance with local legislation or customs formalities. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the parcel recipient.

There is an option for next day delivery on the UK mainland. Orders must be placed by 12.00pm (UK time) to qualify for next day delivery. Please note that if your order is placed on Friday, the parcel will be delivered the next working day (Monday). If your order is placed after 12pm Friday or over the weekend, it will not be despatched until the next working day (Monday, excluding Bank Holidays). Normally, UK customers can expect their order to arrive within 1 – 5 Working days.
European and Worldwide delivery times vary depending upon the destination and customs, but normally arrive within 10 working days. Additional customs / import charges may be applied. These charges are beyond our control and must be paid by the recipient of the package.
Deliveries are made between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM and may require a signature upon delivery.
Here at Snazaroo, we strive to be an environmentally-friendly company. We receive many boxes from our suppliers that are in good condition. To reduce waste packaging we pack our orders into these recycled boxes, and as a result when your order arrives you may find we have used a recycled box.
Delivery charges are determined by the weight of the order and the destination of the package. Confirmation of delivery costs will be displayed on-screen before you complete your order.
